We want you to love your NIC+ZOE pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned with original tags attached and accompanied by the original packing slip.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS return shipping label and print it directly from your browser or via the confirmation email.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, include your packing slip, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to your local USPS carrier or drop it off at any official Post Office location, then track your return status through our portal.
